These sessions are tailored to someone living with a Parkinson’s or neurological diagnosis, bringing people together in a fun social environment. Janette Hynes MBE, a Consultant Occupational Therapist and Sports Coach, works with individuals to improve their balance and coordination and build confidence, plus develop the life skills to promote their independence. These sessions may help us further understand how keeping active could slow the progression of the condition. They take place Mondays 11:00 am – 12:30 pm at Skelton Youth and Community Centre TS12 2HA.

A short film with the footballers and families explaining the positive impact of attending our Parkinson’s and neurological walking football sessions.
